Impact on Local and National Organization

Heliina has stood out with her activity since the first moment. She was chosen by the Toompea Chamber as the best new member of 2018 and the best member in 2019 and 2020. In 2018, Heliina was also awarded the title of best young member at JCI Estonia. In 2020, Heliina revived the Business Forum lecture series - the JCI Toompea project from years ago, which aims to promote Estonian society through more successful companies. The business forum is a series of trainings aimed at entrepreneurs, during which you can gain practical knowledge on making your company's operations more efficient and profitable. The trainers are entrepreneurs, ensuring the topics are topical and relevant for young entrepreneurs. An important part of the business forum is mutual networking, for which Heliina developed cards with helpful questions.

In this form, networking is by the participants received a very warm welcome and the conversations become so exciting that it is hard to leave! In addition, Heliina launched a Facebook chat alongside the Business Forum, where participants can share their experiences and ask questions. Heliina has played a significant role in shaping JCI Toompea's entrepreneurship focus, both by running the entrepreneurship course at Tallinn English College, organizing the Väärtusta Tulevikku entrepreneurship conference and launching the Business Forum. Thanks to the events organized by Heliina and her activity and appearances (e.g. in the "Täitsa Pekkis" podcast), several interested people have come to the chapter. She has been the chapter’s magnet for several consecutive years and received the JCI Estonia Magnet 2022 title and Best Executive Vice President 2022.  Heliina was the president of JCI Toompea chapter 2023.

Participation in JCI Events (National and International)

Heliina has been very active throughout her journey at JCI. Participation at local events like Stardipauk in Raplas for many years, JCI Toompea SUP hike; tens of Ärifoorum events for several years starting from the moment she revived the project, Networking & Vein events, JCI Toompea chapter meetings, Twinning Lunches with our twinning chapters,  JCI Toompea birthday parties (which she organized 2023 party), JCI Viljandi FRESH UP, JCI Toompea teambuilding , JCI Estonia trainings for presidents and IPP, JCI Estonia Presidendiball 2023, JCI Toompea & JCI Toomemäe joint event, JCI Estonia Annual Conference 2023 (team member), JCI Estonia Spring Conference 2023, Presidential Chain parties, and JCI EC Bucharest 2023.
